Reinstalling the extension should definitely help. You will not need to pay again so don't worry. To remove it enter to chrome://extensions and remove Etsy Unfav-Fav by pressing the "Trash" icon. Then go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/etsy-unfav-fav/mibldfepmchoiladoannfblpilcphclh and install it again - the latest version will be installed fixing the problem.

But it's ok, I already know the reason: you have the latest version of automator, but fav unfav is not updated. In the latest versions of both extension I introduced support of new Etsy's links for language support.
