first of all, you are welcome to use these buttons in all your shops with no additional fees.

According to that buttons disappeared - try entering to chrome://extensions and uncheck/disable both extensions and then check/enable them again. It it doesn't help, send me a link of where they doesn't appear and they should - sometimes Etsy changes their link formats and I need to adjust it in extensions.
