Check out which pages of ETSY search are your items on! This program lets you see both page and position on the search page for each item that comes up on first 5 to 20 pages of search! It also shows the tags you use and recommends the best tags that match the phrase searched for! Warning sign appears if you haven't used all 13 tags :)

" It's because Etsy uses few different search algorithms at the same time and their results could differ a bit(not much) - if you repeat the same search few times in different browsers you'll see some differences in results too. "

For the 1st listing- typically if I change all the tags to the first 13 ones you have listed in the box that says Best tags for search tag "anniversary gifts for men": it will move my listing up in the etsy pages.

But now when I try I can't find them at all on the first 20 pages. (I had changed the tags back to my original ones that's why it's still showing up)

I'm changing the tags now - if you give it like 10 minutes you should be able to see what I'm talking about.
